The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and for getting around on public transport, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were always willing to help out and they were very friendly. Superb location. Very nice room with view on hillside. Extremely helpfuldesk clerk. The facilities in the room were all good. The mattress was comfortable, and the bedding was good cotton.Comfortable and a very tidy room.It suited our needs perfectly. staff was helpful in making a hot water bottle. No closet for hanging clothes, no drawers for shirts. covered parking should be free. We paid for a triple but ended up in one of there smallest rooms. We know this as they dimensional views of all rooms available thus we were able see that we got robbed. lady in reception was not very helpful. Restaurant service (too slow). TV channels available (only in german + CNN).
