Easy access to train station and trams. Well priced. Very stylish and spacious room and walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Good linen. Great breakfast. Pleasant front of house staff .Thanks to Allie and the young female receptionist who were so helpful with directions, booking tickets and arranging an early check-in. good location, 200m from Main Train Station, hotel is very new, the rooms have modern design like furniture, bathrooms have large rain showers. Hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is not 5 star but definitely sufficient and nice with espresso type coffee. Good price value.
all reviews » Overall a modern well presented hotel. Our room was in a modern style with comfortable beds, a large TV and a good bathroom. TV had 1 English language program - CNN. Breakfast was included and of a good standard. Reception was pleasant and helpful. Room staff did a good daily job. The staff in the reception was very helpfull. Our room was recently renovated. (Perhaps the whole hotel?) It wasn't very roomy, but it was neat, clean, and also quiet, even though it was construction site just across the street. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and varied. In my job I travel full time. If I compare Bliss Hotel with a lot of the more luxury hotels I normally stay, Bliss Hotel is a bargain. It is not a 5 star hotel and the breakfast is not over the top but it's modern, perfect location, clean and friendly staff. Russian speaking staff ready to help anytime. Good breakfast. Take yoghourt and put it in the fridge in your room, eat it at dinner and nobody would be mind. Room is quiet and cleaned everyday. Near to Messe and train station. Hotel was really well furnished in a modern way. My room was quite wide and fresh. Free Wi-Fi is very good and also there are some free parking possibility which is not served by hotel but available on the street. This is a fabulous hotel find! Being very close to the Frankfurt-Main station, we could walk to the station. From the room on the 6th floor we had a great view of the city sky line. Note - not a criticism of the hotel, but being near to the train station, some people would be cautious about being on the street after dark in this area. Drinking glass in the bathroom was dirty. Really nothing. Sometimes you can see homelesses taking drugs right in the street. But this is everywhere in the center and the police watch after your safety. barely nothing. There was nothing I didn't like!. maybe only the fact that it is about good 20 minutes walking to Zeil. Other than that it is a very good place to stay in Frankfurt. We really couldn't fault the hotel, we were just there for one night. Excellent cannot fault. The bathroom has glass rather than something opaque. It really felt too expensive to me at 199 Euro. Poor breakfest. Internet is censored - blocks all adult sites. Access password is restricted to one device per password and needs to be renewed everyday at the reception. TV has only one English channel - CNN. sunday morning / early quit noisy discussions to be heard from the neighbours - on the backyard / but it isn't fault of the hotel... Internet connection did not work at times. No parking, but one can try to park at the train station parking for 25 EUR/day or find a space on the surrounding streets. The only problem for me that they don't have triple room for big family like us (couple with three kids) so we had to book 2 rooms and split the family!. There was really nothing we didn't like. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Fitnessroom is missing. Room a bit dark. Room had poor lighting, lots of small lamps but no main light in the room. Also the breakfast room was nice but their is little choice for breakfast, and it was the same food every morning. Lacking some atmosphere in Dining Room and Reception.
