  I read a lot of reviews about this hotel before booking. Some negatives that stood out in the reviews I read was the poor customer service, shuttle hours stopping at 11:30pm so guests were not making it in time after the firework show at Disney, pool not being open, air conditioning not working, and the self-catering kitchen only having place sett... what people say » ing for 2 and no spatula for cooking food. I still booked it for its price and location. It was actually a lovely stay. We drove from Germany by car, - The hotel is a good place to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. Not too bad if you want to visit Paris, as the metro takes 40 minutes (week pass is advised). The additional sofa bed was very cozy and comfortable (my daughter loved it) and the full-wall windows (and the curtains) gave the room a very good look. The separation between main bedroom and the rest of the room was very ideal for couples with young children. The breakfast was good (not lavish, but good). The hotel almost had all fac

There was a supermarket across the street so we were able to buy food to bring into Disneyland for lunch instead of having to eat the over priced junk food they sell in the park.   The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, but had 2 floors, with many stairs in between. The baby cot had actually no mattress, which was a shame. Reception staff ladies were very nice pleasant and professional, but the night receptionists (2 men) were almost rude when we'd asked for extra towels. Breakfast was poor, with very few things to... what people say » choose from. Cleaning could be better (saw some hairs here and there), but it also gets a “Pass” from me. The next morning we asked for the housekeep - We went for a weekend trip at Disneyland with some friends the hotel was quite close to Disneyland 3-5 min trip with the car. The hotel was super it has all the facilities for a 4 star hotel and very clean. The staff where not so good English speakers but they tried their best so nothing to comment. Breakfast its ok for France so its worth it. They have a very good equipped gym, a nice SPA and the parking was free. You have a good equipped kitchen in every room ! A pleasant and a clean hotel.

  It was a great location at a great price, staff were friendly and food was good, prior to staying other peoples reviews had raised concerns however these concerns were unfounded. For a cheap, well located hotel that is good value for money choose Chanteloup. - The staff were helpful and friendly. Close to Disney. Excellent value for money.

  everything about this hotel is perfect for families, the staff are very freindly and always happy to deal with any queries, the rooms were very comfortable and the shuttle bus to the parks were quite frequent, the foyer of the hotel is very immpressive with all the mythical statues and paintings, there was loads for the children to do, with the gam... what people say » es room, pool tables, swimmimg pool and table tennis - The hotel was really close to Disney and the shuttle provided made it really easy to go to and from the park. The park is located next to the train station which was a plus. The hotel staff was very helpful. Great atmosphere for kids. The breakfast (opened 7-11am ) was great if you arrived before 830 am (crowded after that). The family room was perfect for us and the bunk beds were a plus. : )

  We had a fantastic time the place is great very good area with easy access to parks and the disney village. the staff are friendly and the rooms are very tidy, the food was good just an all round great experience. - The hotel was fantastic for kids and the staff were lovely.   The hotel was perfectly located for Disneyland Paris. We are a family of 4 and found our stay very comfortable. The family suite was very well equipped and was very spacious. There were ample car parking spaces, we actually had two cars with a lot of luggage and we were able to park our cars right under our room. Actually we saved some money by using that kitchen.The shuttle bus is convenient and is always on time. Overall, this hotel shows a well management and we got the value for what we paid for. It is very good hotel! We recoomend it to our friends for sure!
