We liked the clean, modern uncluttered rooms and the location on the first floor, which I requested as I don't like lifts. Buffet breakfast is excellent value. Staff were very helpful and ordered a taxi for our departure. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked the cleanliness and the fresh decor and the convenience of the location to town, major routes and the ferry terminal.

Our room on the first night overlooked a quiet street, but for the last two nights of our holiday, our room was on the front of the hotel and consequently rather noisy with traffic and ambulances going to and from the hospital. I got lost due to lack of road name signs initially but following signs to "central hopitality" takes you to the right road and then it was easy to see. It was rather further from the ferry port than it appeared on the map and the taxi driver had a problem finding it with the address on my paperwork. It would help if you added that it is opposite the hospital. Negative. No wifi on the morning of departure. It was desperately needed. Although staff understood there was nobody to rectify the situation. Also only one flimsy pillow on each bed resulting in a not so comfortable nights sleep. risk of not finding a parking. Nothing. It was a bit clinical. location not good, no shop around it. No shower curtain makes toilet wet. lack of car parking. no tea/coffe facility in room or hairdryer. Location not great kept awake by nearby party going on till 0:5 AM. It cannot be better. The town shuts down by 6pm so food was hard to find. Bed was very hard. Gave me a sore back in the morning. Private parking was a extra and not explained at time of booking. Parking very poor. Position of toilet, why did they build that wall return so close so your knees do not fit?. A little dated and rough around the edges. Close to main road so depending which room you have can be noisy - can't leave window open at night due noise. the fact that when we got their our dates were not right and i had to pay more for the extra day that was booked it cost me an extra 35 euros what you going to do about it i am not happy. Rooms - bed was very uncomfortable, room was too small. Cleaning staff smoked and talked loudly outside bedroom window.
