Lovely apartment. Used this hotel for a 4 day break. Room was a good size with 4 adults sharing it. Room would suit 2 Adults and 2 children due to the sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well equipped and even with a dishwasher. The kettle was only a coffee maker machine so we used this and finished boiling the water in a glass jug in the microwave (which also was a grill).all reviews »
Good design of the rooms and the facilities for self-catering were above average. The location. Proximity to town centre, swimming pool, access to parking, good value for money. servces room. Location, play area for kids, balcony, well kept garden. near every thing. The location was good. The kitchen facility was adequate. The playground for the kids. Check in was very limited. small bathroom. The studio room was a little small for 2 adults and two children. dont name hotel it will be apartment. Extraction of more of my money than expected. Coffee/drinks machine would have been useful. Bath and balcony not thoroughly clean on arrival. Pull out beds and pillows not terribly comfortable. I did not like that the were no towels, no soap, and I did not know before I this résidence works. It would be great if there are explications on how it works...The property was rundow: outside building, carpets in the halls, bedspreads, blankets matresses. The laundry room and the games room were closed during our three-day stay. There were additional charges for the t.v., and basics such as towels which cost 8 euros per person, non-refundable. The reception was open for limited times during the day and staffed by one receptionist;check-in was lengthy. For the price, it was small and beds were not very good.

• From Rennes : take the RN137 in the direction of Saint Malo.
• Follow the signs for Saint-Servan, and then “Hôtels Saint-Servan”. When you reach the main street (rue Ville Pépin), turn right before the town hall (the “Mairie”). You will see the entrance to the residence 200 m further down on your left. If you are arriving via the coast road, follow the signs to Saint-Servan. Drive alongside the Bouvet basin (in the fishing port) and turn left at the “Le Perroquet Vert” restaurant, heading towards “St Servan Le Théâtre”.
