  The staff was very friendly and readily available for any questions or needs. The location was perfect. A short walk into the town (10 mins) and the lake is just across the street. Just far enough away that it was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The pool / hamman / sauna area was also very clean and ... what people say » convenient. We had breakfast at the hotel each day. We always ate the cold breakfast from the buffet so didn't try any hot food. We had dinner at the - Beautiful location and well appointed hotel to match. Very carefully chosen fabrics linens furnishings created a very special atmosphere. Beautiful quiet pool and terrace. Whole place had a serene relaxing ambience.   To start with the place looked amazing. It really felt liked it was looked after and that people cared. The staff was very friendly going above and beyond the call of duty, and they felt really genuine and helpful. I was staying in the studio La Fouine and although it was freezing outside it never felt cold inside. I think there was some underfloo... what people say » r heating. Staying at Le Couaroge was ideal to go and ski at the ski resort of La Bresse. - Beautiful location in the heart of the Vosges mountains. We stayed in the cabin "Le Lonier" which was superbly appointed, spacious and comfortable. Although principally a winter sports location, La Bresse is also an ideal location for local mountain walks and a good base to explore the surrounding Alsace & Lorraine regions. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
