  Friendly and helpful staff, very good modern facilities, and good food. Free Spa was a luxury given the heat and the amount of cycling we did.   We were delayed for our arrival but Thomas happily agreed to wait for us. When we finally arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and were very well looked after. Excellent staff who speak very good English (useful when your tired!).
