The staff are all very kind however it is beneficial to have very good French language skills here, as very few of the team spoke English. The food is exceptional, the location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, I would not recommend this for young children, and only for teenagers who are happy to relax, play tennis, swim and enjoy the thermal spa.
