  The service - from the moment we arrived the service was exceptional - 5 Stars. We recieved assistance in parking our car, assistance with lugagge to rooms and a tour of the facilities. The hotel staff found bothof them for us and was exceptionally kind and efficient. Pendant notresejour, mon mari est tombe malade est il avait besoin d'un medecin etune laboratoire. Tout le monde a ete tres gentil a nous - un grandmerci a tous.

  The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used. We knew there was no evenin - This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds, the big desk on wheels, the fridge, microwave and tea kettle, the complimentary toiletries and snacks (what budget hotel still does that?)...   restaurant is amazing! don't miss the chariot du fromage. sauna was nice but turn it on first and then go in the pool - took a while to heat up. - The room was spacious and it was possible to park your car outside the back door of the room. The restaurant was beautiful and the food superb.

  Satff is very friendly even though we came in @ 2:00 am we were assisted in a very nice way and got a free upgrade of the rooms. These rooms r spacious, modern, well equipped, layed out and clean. - Staff could not have been more helpful, they supplied maps and tourist info and made the trip really enjoyable

  Clean hotel with good facilities for the price that we paid for the room. I think we ended up in the room for those with a disability so no carpet and a wet room rather than conventional bathroom but it was fine for an overnight stop on the way home. - Our room was enormous.
