We had amazing time at B&B Dochavert. Location is perfect, only 10-minute walk to the old city and restaurants.
This is a very beautiful B&B, hosts are the nicest people. They met us with champagne and snacks. Gweni was very helpful, she recommended few great restaurants in Carcassonne along with other beautiful places to visit while we were in Languedoc.
The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of the castle and countryside. We had great breakfast with the most marvelous variety

This place is absolutely gorgeous, the owners are lovely, so warm, friendly and helpful... they clearly are passionate about their business, and work tirelessly to make it a welcoming, comfortable place to stay.. This was exceptionally good. From the welcome, to the room, to the food. All were excellent. Paul, le Patron, is a very hospitable, cheerful, helpful and friendly
host. In addition he is a superb chef. Aux Quatre Saisons is worth a
visit just for dinner alone. The price charged for dinner there should
probably be at least three times as much as Paul charges and would be in
any Restaurant with any reputation; 6 splendid courses with appropriate
very well chosen wines, all inclusive. This is Michelin star cuisine.
