This was exceptionally good. From the welcome, to the room, to the food. All were excellent. It was the little things, such as access to a community fridge with wine and water, that made the stay of one night really enjoyable, homely and friendly. Paul, le Patron, is a very hospitable, cheerful, helpful and friendly
host. In addition he is a superb chef. Aux Quatre Saisons is worth a
visit just for dinner alone. The price charged for dinner there should
probably be at least three times as much as Paul charges and would be in
any Restaurant with any reputation; 6 splendid courses with appropriate
very well chosen wines, all inclusive. This is Michelin star cuisine.
