  We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the situation of the hotel which was close to the ski runs. They had ski storage rooms. Half covered parking space is helpful in winter. - the piste which leads you to the telecabine, is directly near the hotel. the staff is very friendly

  This was our first family ski holiday. Our children are 5 & 8. We booked lessons for us all. The location was perfect to walk to ski lift every morning. There was a nice sledge area by our chalet. Pool was clean & nice area to relax after skiing.

  The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautifully situated with balconies on both sides of the building overlooking the lake and the mountains. The apartment had everything you needed and it was clean and bright.

  Very smart clean apartment for our group of six in a beautiful place. Small, quiet development in attractive residential area. We traveled to Annecy by train and were able to do lots without a car. Gilles picked us up at the bus stop with our bags and helped us settle in. Sevrier is on West side of the lake, on bus and cycle routes, with amazing v... what people say » iews. Just far enough from Annecy to be away from the crowds, but with 2 supermarkets, sports shop, cycle hire and bell museum a short walk away. We - Marc (the caretaker?) was kind and helpful. We traveled with 6 people (12 years old to 76) so we needed a small kitchen for breakfasts and light dinners, laundry facilities, plenty of hot water for showers, a parking space (which was free), close to Annecy and the walking/biking trails, close to a grocery store. All our needs were met and the price was fair. We also enjoyed the patio.

  The hotel suite was spacious and excellent for our family of 4. It was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff was helpfull and spoke English well. Everything is in walking distance, including the station, the lovely lake, banks and shops.
