  The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

  We was in hotel in summer. Own car is necessarily! The cottage is fairly cozy. The swimming pool (infant and adult) is very clean and fairly big. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. The tennis court is very good. We were playing every morning, tennis equipment you can take rent (2,5 EUR the tennis racket, 1EUR the ball). Comfortable new rooms, well-equipped kitchen, a delightful view of the lake, the mountains and the shore of the Switzerland. Clean air, a swimming pool and a tennis court, a good Internet. Good location on the border with Switzerland, in a convenient day-trips around the Swiss Alps and in French Alps and in small authentic towns.

  We liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the situation of the hotel which was close to the ski runs. They had ski storage rooms. Half covered parking space is helpful in winter. - the piste which leads you to the telecabine, is directly near the hotel. the staff is very friendly

  The hotel suite was spacious and excellent for our family of 4. It was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff was helpfull and spoke English well. Everything is in walking distance, including the station, the lovely lake, banks and shops.   This is a nice appart hotel with everything you need in economy holiday. There is a good kitchen with cooking battery. The supermarket is just 500 metres from the hotel. Even can't say a bad word about it! - Design of the reception area & rooms. Well equipped and clean.

  This was our first family ski holiday. Our children are 5 & 8. We booked lessons for us all. The location was perfect to walk to ski lift every morning. There was a nice sledge area by our chalet. Pool was clean & nice area to relax after skiing.
