  Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

  Location is ideal if you are looking for a self-catering quiet ski-ing or summer rural location. Great swimming pool, useful underground parking and had a super up to date piped film selection in multiple languages. Very quiet in evening and during night. Very close to lift. Reception staff helpful and efficient with warm welcome and gave a short tour of the facility and showed us to our appartement. Heated ski-ing - Perfect if you seek to escape from crowds. It was great value for money. (especially if compared with Chamonix and Argentieres). The cable car just oposite the hotel takes you to 1900 meters perfect for the untrained walkers, and perfect for those who seek easy panoramic walks with great views on the mont blanc range. Nice indoor pool. English speaking staff. A 10 min walk along the river takes you to the nearby farm/restaurant allowing you to leave the car parked all day.

  Great facilities, excellent location and can ski to the door. - The Amara/Amena was in general a nice new complex and the service was good. Good parking under the complex. Good access to slopes. Restaurants in the area quite good but a bit expensive. Le Lodge served a very nice lunch duck skewer.

  Staff were fantastic. Polite and helpful. As we were right at the end of the season they allowed us to check out after 5PM so we could shower after skiing before going to the airport. - Really good value, clean, ski lockers in basement, swimming pool, large common area, staff, cook in room facility.

  Nice appartment (not the usually tiny appartments you tend to find in French ski-resorts) located near an authentic village and with good connections to the slopes.
