  This hotel was very nice; looked like a small chalet with a lodge atmosphere. I had a 3rd floor room with balcony, and incredible view of Mont Blanc. This was fantastic. The rooms were very nice, and beds/bedding confortable. Location was excellent, I could walk into town. Hotel had a countryside feel, which was really nice. Beautiful views with a rustic atmosphere in the rooms and hotel;it is overall very enchanting. Not very far from the resort centre andsuitable for children given the lovely playground they have in betweenthe Hotel and the Chalet. We'll sure visit again. Very good breakfastand attentive staff.

  This was our first family ski holiday. Our children are 5 & 8. We booked lessons for us all. The location was perfect to walk to ski lift every morning. There was a nice sledge area by our chalet. Pool was clean & nice area to relax after skiing.

  The staff service was just exceptional. The friendliness and willingness to offer assistance and make arrangements was much appreciated. In particular Letiticia and Anton made us feel right at home. The renovation to the Hotel is fantastic, and facilities were first class.   Within a minute of us pulling up the the hotel, someone was outside helping us with our bags into the elevator, checking us in and bringing our bags to the room. They were prepared and ready for us. Extremely polite staff, immaculately clean. We traveled Europe for 3 weeks and stayed in many many hotels including some 5* and this was the cleanest ... what people say » and had the friendliest staff. Perfectly located in the city centre, everything is just steps away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would h - Staff were fab and nothing was too much trouble.
