Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful (we had a late departure on final day, and they were happy to extend out check out time from 12noon to 2pm).   The staff service was just exceptional. The friendliness and willingness to offer assistance and make arrangements was much appreciated. In particular Letiticia and Anton made us feel right at home. The renovation to the Hotel is fantastic, and facilities were first class.
