  This was probably nice of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed. The host and hostess were extremely knowledgeable about their home and the antiques in the building. We had our supper there and the food was excellent. It was made by the owners and the wines were local as well as the ingredients in the meal. Picturesque surroundings. Chateau is beautifully situated in an area of gorgeous nature. Must ask the owner for dining tips!! Owner can also cook dinner upon prior request.

  Location is great close to motorway but quiet. Easy reach of historic town of St Flour. Very comfortable clean, well designed rooms at low price. This was our third stay and as usual perfect. Breakfast is great value, staff pleasant and helpful. - The staff and the whole stay. If only every motel could be like this travelling would be much more ... what people say » pleasurable. The advice given for dinner was on the spot at the esso garage truckers cafe after a long drive. Thank you. - We had 1 night stop over on our way to spain. Hotel is situated just off the motorway easy to find. The cottage style rooms are great all ground floor so no stairs just park your car in the bay provided outside the room

  The hotel was everything we hoped for and the views from the grounds and our bedroom amazing. The food was first class . We enjoyed the fitness centre as the swimming pool unfortunately was closed at this time of year. - Comfortable hotel in a picturesque location. Excellent restaurant.
