  It's a beautiful and cozy family run hotel, and locaed in very green mountain area. We could have stunning view from the terrace and front garden of the hotel. The owner and other staff are all very friendly. Indoors swimming pool is plus point for family with younger children. Spa facilities are free to use.   On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. We found the room with a fantastic view as we had asked for. It was a large, comfortable and clean room. As we arrived late, the kitchen was already closed but we were still offered to choose very nice cold dishes.   We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop about 200m from hotel, but we didn't need it. Everything can be walked to. There was one gentleman at reception that was absolutely, completely a... what people say » mazing. I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. - There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

  The proximity of the hotel to the Strasbourg Airport sxb, was our reason for choosing Pere Benoit. It was a beautifully appointed, country style inn, authentic to the Alsace region.
