Very good apartments. Clean and well desinged. Staff is very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minutes to center of Monaco: first turn left to the down stairs. Then take a public lift to the center. Don't be scared it's very easy and safe. Also if you go on the right and turn near the Olimpic hotel you will find a good mini market where you can buy all food (just 3-4 minutes walking). Internet was working very good.

Great apartment with balcony, helpful staff, everything in the little kitchen that we needed to make breakfast or lunch every day. Nice pool and decked area for sunbathing. Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket. Hire a car though to get out and about - so many places to see! -

A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

Excellent large apartment with plenty if room for six. Washing machine and full kitchen was a plus. Located in very old building in village from 1200s. Steep drive and definitely almost an hr to Cannes but as we knew that it wasn't a problem. Owner very friendly. Very affordable for family of six compared to hotel on the Riviera.
