  Well, first of all this hotel is mostly about staff. Alessandro and Mary were so amazing, kind, nice, caring and helpful that they made our whole experience perfect. They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it. It was more than we could have expected and asked for. The - The staff was very helpful; the room was basic, but clean and for the cheap price we paid it was really perfect. The hotel is at walking distance to the sea and the Palais des Festivals.

  The staff were wonderful. They saw we had a bottle of wine in our room and the next day we had two wine glasses to enjoy it. Having a balcony with a view of the area was a real treat.   The location was excellent - minutes away from the railway station and not far from the bus station, beach and old town. Large modern room and bathroom which were very clean. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed. The beach can be reached within 5 mins walk making the location excellent. - the hotel is very close to the railway station.rooms are small but very comfortable.Minibar a plus as there is a supermarket next door, as we didn't take the breakfast option.We had a small balcony which added to the comfort of our room. Noise not a problem.Short walk to beach front and all attractions.You don't have to spend a fortune to stay in Cannes

  Wonderful friendly service from Pascal and his wife. Nothing was too much trouble, especially helping me make alternative arrangements when my flight home was cancelled at short notice! Excellent value breakfast with a choice of fruit juice, fresh croissants and bread, yoghurt, cheese and preserves all served in a pretty courtyard garden.
