The hotel is located away from the main hussle of central paris but due to it's location right next to a metro station and tram line it was the ideal location for getting anywhere you want to go. The service was outstanding and the modern feel of a hotel within such an old building was nice too. Would definately stay there again next time in Paris

Parc Hotel was wonderful and a real find. The staff were both helpful and friendly. I will look to stay there on my next visit to Paris. The room although basic was clean and was cleaned every day. It's in a really vibrant area with great cafe's and facilities; the restaurant on the corner which sells kebabs was really great value and friendly staff a meal for five euros. All in all the Parc Hotel and it's location were great. A definate find.

Location is great. You have two metro stations very close. One that can get you to some of Paris attractions directly, and another one that gets you to gare du nord directly. Pretty handy. The entrance to The Catacumbs is just at the end of the street. The neighborhood is nice, you feel secure at night and at the morning the street is full of life

I loved the location, Rue Daguerre is a bustling street with plenty of bars, cafes, nightclubs and restaurants as well as a lovely market. You are within 40 mins walk of the Eiffel and Notre Damme, or alternatively there are very close metro stations at each end of the street.
