  Following a plumbing problem in our room the staff could not possibly have done more including upgrading us to a suite. Curtesy was a byword for staff performance. They were excellent. - Everything from staff to service. We had an excellent time and the staff were wonderful and helped us have a perfect anniversary break.

  Actually what i'd like most are the lovely staff (Amal, Esam and Zakia). They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy, you feel like you are in your home. It is located in a very nice area, surrounded by many restaurants and near by the metro station. - Our room was nicely decorated and clean...
