  The location was excellent - a safe neighbourhood and very near Bus 72, which took a route along the Seine right to the Hotel de Ville. The double glazing + air-conditioning meant we had a very good night's sleep. Although the rooms were small, this did not detract from the other advantages of the hotel. Breakfast was very good for the price and... what people say » there were excellent bistros right nearby. - The staff were all very welcoming and made every effort to help me during my stay in Paris. As a single female traveller I was reassured by their friendly welcome and the location is ideal.

Was not sure what to expect because some of the reviews were negative, but as a frequent Europe traveler, I found it better than expected and a good value - I mean, it is a 3 star, not a 5 - Hotel is in a lovely location with 2 stops on the metro to the centre.   Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. (Was visiting Paris to attend the French open tennis championships). - Great location. Bus is 2 blocks away. Supermarket half a block from hotel. Staff is very friendly, especially Mohamed... what people say » . Family member's wallet was stolen at Notre Dame and he helped us cancel credit cards. Hotel is very clean.
