  This hotel is incredibly good value. The room was comfortable, very clean and quiet, the staff polite and helpful, and the breakfast was also very good. It is located in the outskirts of Perpignan with a couple of other hotels, so don't expect a selection of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance - presumably the location partly accoun... what people say » ts for the low prices.   We stayed at the hotel on the night of 23-24 and 26-27 September. The first time the cleanliness was good the second time there was breadcrumbs in one of the beds and the floor was sticky (not cleaned). It is a good location for exploring that corner of France down to the Spanish border and up into the Pyrenees,there is easy access to local buses into Perpignan itself.   We really appreciated the warm welcome from the family owning the Mas; very friendly and helpful. They also prepared a very nice breakfast in the garden for us. The location is really beautiful: the main House looks amazing as well as the garden with swimming pool. We stayed in the small private house which is completely renovated. Very quiet place with only the sounds of the birds. - La Mas Bresson is an excellent location from all points of view: accommodation, location, prices, relaxation, staff. I spent with my boyfriend the full Easter weekend , and it was just bliss. We had a room called La petite Maison, which fulfilled all our needs. Mr Pierre Palud was great, very welcoming and helpful.We would surely come back.
