Very convenient for the airport, secure parking, friendly and helpful staff. Staff were very helpful and friendly, airport was close to the airport. The staff were fantastically helpful and friendly. It was hot (mid-july) and the air conditioning didn't work - thebathroom was a little scruffy and needs to be renovated - otherwise avery comfortable stay. There was a horrible smell from the toilet at first, and again in the middle of the night despite putting Domestos in it.The air conditioning nin the room did not work. no elevator. Buses from Perpignan terminate 2km away after 21.30. Airport onlyaccesible via taxi, not public transport. No air conditioning.Restaurantshut at weekends. Poor restaurant. Not able to have a drink when we arrived and nowhere nearby where wecould get one. Taxi fare to and from airport very expensive consideringthe distance. The location was terrible, an expensive taxi ride to town. Would havebeen better off staying in a more expensive hotel in a better location.Needed decorating. Towels poor. Restaurant closed. Staff attitudude, lack of helpfulness and closed facilitities - no optionfor drinks in room. generally shabby, tired and poor value for money. no food or drink available at weekends. Poor food. Lighting on first floor not working, carpet in room was wet, heating in room very poor, hotel looked shabby. The whole place was shabby, one receptionist was very nice the rest of the staff were rude and unhelpful, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, more like a campbed. We were woken up at 3 o'clock in the morning by noise from outside, it carried on all night. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!.
