we needed to be close to the expo centre and this hotel was abount a fifteen minute walk away, just also across the road was a metro station which was convenient for getting around paris. The hotel reccomended a restaurant which was a couple of doors away - the food was great!. I like the street as it had lots of shops, cafes and the metro is on your door step. the staff where very friendly. the room and the hotel is very clean.

The metro is right across the street, so it is very convenient while not in a touristy neighborhood - it was a very nice area.As I was in Paris on buisness, it was very close to the exhibitionand in the midst of many good resteraunts and bars. It was also veryquite at night. Pleasant staff, good district, nearby Metro, Ideal for Exhibition Centre. very nice late night staff. Close to the underground station. Single woman on a business trip I felt really safe. Hotel staff suggested excellent restaurants good atmosphere and not too expensive. The internet was a bit expensive, and the 24 hour bar/snack service seemed a little of an afterthought (when I asked about having a snack, they looked at me like I had 3 heads and said they could see what was in the kitchen). But they were very accomodating. Very far from Eiffel tower even that it said it was close.Possibly, the only thing was the phone that did not seem to work very well. everything is fine. Rooms are not sound proof. Could hear lot of noise from other rooms. Breakfast was expensive for the size of the meal.The heating in the room was not in full working order. The room was a little small, but what do you expect for centre of Paris!. We found a previous occupant had left a bottle of shampoo and an empty plastic water bottle under one of the beds so that our room was not properly cleaned before taken by us. Also there were absolutely no drawers in the room to place underwear and items not suitable to be hung in wardrobes. The minibar was also virtually empty. Breakfest. I would have liked tea making facilities in the room and a double bed rather than two single beds pushed together!. Room are small,we could not use the bathroom properly. the size of the bathroom was rediculous. Sliding doors in shower did not work, so had to enter through tiny gap!. Room to small, unconfortable pillows and mattress. Bad attention at the reception. The receptionist was rude and they gave us a dirty look for bringing our children. The bed was the same size as you get in a single room and we booked a double. no breakfast, no tea and coffe in rooms. too noisy between rooms. my duvet had burn marks on it.No coffee in evening.poor breakfast.poor television.
