  Location in old town was great but getting to it a challenge even with gps coordinates from letsbookhotel.com. Streets narrow and kerbs unforgiving! Parking station nearby but one-way streets a challenge. Owners great and their progressive upgrades exciting. We had a few car dramas and owner very helpful. An elevator a wonderful thing in such an o... what people say » ld building. - The hotel is in the historic centre of Nimes, most of which is a pedestrian area, within easy walking distance of all the Roman buildings to be seen there. The city itself is worth a visit for its refurbished buildings and many boutiques. The hotel itself is in a 17th century building of great architectural value, but comfortably renovated.

  We were in a standard double room which was small but well appointed, clean, tidy, air-conditioned and comfortable. Bathroom was very smart and spotless. The hotel is on the edge of the pedestrianised town centre which is very convenient and a 10 minute walk maximum to basically everything like the Arene, Jardins de Fontaine and the train station ... what people say » etc. The hotel is positioned in a quiet corner for a good nights sleep. - The staff were brilliant. They helped us to sort out a couple of problems and really went the extra mile. The location is also great.impossible to fault.

  Great hotel such friendly staff at reception really helpful remembered your name and room number each time you came in the hotel. Beautiful room with double aspect small balcony overlooking the canal espresso coffee maker in room. The bathroom had a bit of peeling paper to be picky but it was very clean. Lovely touches in the room fresh orchid, bo... what people say » wl of cherries bathrobe and slippers and lovely toiletries. There is also a bed turn down every night where shutters are closed and curtains pulled al - Historic type, but nice and clean decor with an antique flair to it. Staff were very polite and helpful. Most spoke English and were very kind. Hotel is centrally located to see all major sight seeing spots around Nimes. Breakfast was delicious and in a very nice setting.
