  We love the location!! Just near to the train station, walk out, to your left, walk straight and your first right, just five minutes. And the beach, walk out, to your left and walk straight, about ten minutes. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, maybe because its in the city centre.   Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. - Staff was very helpfull, they all speak English. Location is excellent.Rooms are very good size. Beds very comfortable. We would definitly staythere if we were to visit Nice again.
