This was an exceptional home away from home. The accommodations were
comfortable and tastefully decorated, and there were beautiful gardens
in full bloom in which you could sit and enjoy. Our host, Nicole, was
lovely and provided an incredible breakfast of fresh fruit juice,
homemade jams, pastries, fresh bread, etc. I would enthusiastically
recommend this place.

The hostesse / owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about Marseille. The rooms and breakfast area were clean and modern, and the breakfast was very good. We only stayed for a short trip to watch the football ( Arsenal ) at the Stade Velodrome opposite, but if I was touring Marseille I would definitely stay here. The Metro was five minutes away and would take you to all the parts of Marseille. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend it.

Great location close to Vieux Port and L'abbaye St.Victor with easy access to good local shops. Rooms large and tastefully decorated with lovely pictures and unusual objets d'art. Quiet courtyard garden for breakfast and relaxing. Mme. Depieds very helpful. Recommend Bar de l'Abbaye round the corner for quick but good lunch and wonderful sunset views in the evening.
