This residence offered everything we needed and staff accommodated all our requests. - Excellent location in Lyon, close to the city and to historical sites. We found the staff to be very professional and helpful and the facilities excellent. Breakfast was good value. Having a small kitchen allowed us to prepare food in our studio rather than always going out to eat. And since we are on the road for a few months, we also appreciated the laundry facilities.

  Although the room was small but I have seen smaller ones in Paris so it was not a surprise. The rooms are clean and the hotel is excellent. The staff are super and excellent customer service. - stuff was really helpful, spa was cool, food delicious, location close to train station, room warm and cozy! I recommend it highly!

  This was a great place to get to see the sights, markets old Lyon. Plenty of small boulangerie and other shops to buy food items to prepare - (we booked a suite) instead of paying 10e for breakfast in the ding room. There is a large internationally styled shopping centre, (Confluence)including a supermarket and restaurants just one tram stop away ... what people say » - an easy walk. It was also close to the large Perrache station with trains to other parts of France and Europe. It was however quiet at night. - The hotel is conveniently located in the Confluence neighbourhood, perfect if you access Lyon by car from south. Parking is easy to find outside the hotel and they also have a garage. Staff is wonderful and eager to help. Ophelie at check-in was kind enough to help us choosing the room. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Position for sightseeing is great, if you don't feel like driving there is a subway station just 5 minutes from the hotel. Will recommend it to anyone going to Lyon.

  The hotel is excellent, the rooms were big, very clean, looked new and had a very nice bathroom (and even a decent size refrigerator). Our room had a flat-screen tv that was ok (maybe a bit small) but since we barely used it, it did not bother us. The hotel has free Wifi both in the room and in the lobby with speed that was more than adequate for ... what people say » our need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most (all?) of the staff spoke English and had good knowledge of the main sights. There was a Metr - The Lodge opened for business a few months ago. The layout and the available facilities are all well planned and thought through. Though not flashy, everything one needs are there and functional. The staffs are excellent, courteous and most helpful in every aspect. There are ample free parking on the street next to the Lodge. I will definitely recommend the lodge to anyone so does not want to pay for the extra pampering of a five star hotel and yet. Great value for money!

  This is NOT a hotel, but long-term student/studio accommodation on a big developing Campus site, surrounded by buildings under construction, in other words, on an active building-site. Very ample Breakfast provisions for the length of your stay are already in your studio-unit on arriv - The staff were very friendly and were happy to help in any way possible. The studio apartment had a TV, phone, WiFi and cooking facilities, which was perfect for myself. A continental buffet was also included in the price. The apartment was located 5 minutes away from the metro and was relatively easy to find.

  Clean, quiet, friendly hotel. The rooms are well equipped and are ideal for people who are staying longer as the rooms are designed as a home from home. It even had a dishwasher! Free internet a big plus too. Transport connections are excellent (bus stop and bike hire on your doorstep). Excellent hotel! - Staff was super-helpful and friendly although they were quite busy due to Fete des luminaries! The hotel is very close to Tete d'or Churchill PArk but it takes around 40 minutes to reach to the city by walk. We really love the room design (stayed in a superior room). It was clean and comfortable. Strongly recommended!
