  Location very close to Basilica, shops and restaurant. Realy good value for travellers on a budget for time and money as we booked the hotel with a very good deal. We paid no extra for an extra bed as a bonus too. Really helpful receptionists and dining room staff. In particular, Marie Christine and one other lady receptionist. Good hotel design as well specially the reception desk, - The hotel is a lovely place. The nature surrounding the place is superb. Staff is cooperative, excellent and very informative. The location is holy and adds beauty to the overall scene.

  A very friendly staff (at the reception), he's so nice and very accommodating, even the lady on the phone.Please extend my "salut" to him, the information for the masses and procession upon the arrival at the reception was so appreciated!!!
