  Good car parking at hotel. Close to attractions, churches etc. Lift was a plus. Evening meal was handy to have on a rainy night. - Everything.Wonderful staff.excellent value.Great food. Will definitely recommend it to anybody that is staying in Lourdes.

  I am delighted to say that in a town that is predominantly visited by narrow minded Catholic pilgrims that my Civil Partner and I had no problems witht the Hotel Océan in Lourdes, so the listing of Gay Friendly is very true. The Pizzaria is excellent.

Very nice ambiance and pretty room even if the bathroom was small. The hotel is situated very close to the center of town and all the attractions of the city but in the same time is in a quiet road. Very nice place to stay, good price and excellent hospitality. I would stay there another time with big pleasure.

  Excellent owners, both husband and wife were very friendly and spoke very good English as well. Had to call up for directions as the GPS got all the one lane roads wrong and Peter was ever so willing to give me the awesome directions. You hear about France that the locals might not be all too friendly, I can safely say the owners here are total op... what people say » posites. Take my advice, have dinner at the hotel and then go for the night procession. Restaurants in Lourdes are quite sub standard and not worth th - Fantastic location hop skip and jump into the basilica complex. Simple yet extremely clean hotel that offers you the basic requirements with all it's warmth. This hotel completed our pilgrimage by offering all the warmth and valuable information. The hotel could do with a bit of mordenisation but nothing such that you would find amiss. Laura and Peter are amazing and make outstanding hosts.

  I chose this hotel because of the evaluation here on the site, which was good. In fact I was not disappointed. The staff is really, I mean REALLY, nice, always ready to help.   The owners were very accomidating. They graciously didn't charge us for the first night for which we were unable to stay there because we had train problems. They also were very caring and willingly called a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning and waited to see us off safely. - Though not far from the main points of interest ( the Lourdes Sanctuar... what people say » y) it was located one block away from the nearest busy commercial street and therefore it was quiet and peaceful.
