It was on a direct bus route to the port, important as we were going to Corsica. It was within walking distance of the railway station where we could catch the 99 bus to the airport(4 euros each!). The seafront and shopping were less than five minutes away and we also had a good choice of local restaurants. - A bar, nice lounge, internet access

Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we
needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and
drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The
closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in
the morning. Staff were exceedingly friendly, and parking very safe.
A/c worked very well in room 36, and nice view of beach if only a
glimpse. Bed was very comfy. Just a shame no tea making facilities in
the room but that see

This hotel has a classic 1970's feel about it. Le Corbusier meets
James Bond. Although some of the furnishings are slightly tired, I
wouldn't want to change a thing! This hotel is all about the
view. Fabulous views from the room, the bar, restaurant and pool. The
staff share a laid back family run atmosphere with a twinkle in their
eye. They have a real giggle with you if you can grasp a little

a reasonable fitness level. There is a bus but we never used it. Handy
to Nice, Monaco, Eze village and more. -
Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We
had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two
teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious
and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and
toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and
helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.
