The management was highly knowledgeable about services and sites around Paris. They spoke English which was a huge help and they were accommodating to my needs. The water pressure was great, the bed was nicely made and the bathroom is a decent size, considering you're in Paris. There was no air conditioning - but large windows make up for that. - T

The beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we had planned a last minute trip and not made reservations for sightseeing ahead of time. They helped us figure out how to get around and what to see. Also enjoyed the prompt breakfast. We chose the continental breakfast. It was served in a lovely way in their cozy little restaurant area. Following a plumbing problem in our room the staff could not possibly have done more including upgrading us to a suite. Curtesy was a byword for staff performance. They were excellent. - Everything from staff to service. We had an excellent time and the staff were wonderful and helped us have a perfect anniversary break.

Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.
