  Most budget and mid-range hotels in Paris have tiny rooms, and these rooms were small, but the hotel was very clean, new, so nicely decorated, had great staff, had a nice cold brekfast (with cheese, ham and yogurt - not just bread products) - it's really a gem of a place. And it has air conditioning - almost impossible to find at in this price ran... what people say » ge in Paris (and that matters in the summer and early fall when Paris temps can soar....)
