The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none.   Loved the hotel, about 1 block away from the metro, few blocks to champs elysees blvd and the arch de triumph. staff was great and helpful, especially the evening, Mapped everything out for us to visit and how to get there.   I particularly liked two members of the staff - one worked on reception and was called Nicolas and the other was the chambermaid. Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful. When myself and my daughter accidentally interrupted the chambermaid while cleaning our room she was very pleasant and accommodatin... what people say » g. The location of the hotel was excellent. - We had our 10 year old grand daughter with us - Booked a family room - there was a separate bedroom for her. Rooms had been updated The hotel is being updated and work is happening on a daily basis - Sign at reception apologies in advance for any noise - Construction work is done between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm - Did not effect our stay.
