laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very

Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We
had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two
teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious
and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and
toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and
helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.

Quiet Hotel with comfortable and nice room. I liked in particular the fresh orange juice in breakfast. I appreciated the free WIFI. The position is super, close to Place Garibaldi, old town and bus lines towards the places to visit on the east side of Nice (e.g. Eze, Monaco, Menton etc.).
The room was nicely decorated (the bathroom as well) and with good facilities, like mini-fridge with drinks, coffee / tea making facilities, AC (though quite loud), bathroom accessories etc.
The staff was friendly as well.
