  We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop about 200m from hotel, but we didn't need it. Everything can be walked to. There was one gentleman at reception that was absolutely, completely a... what people say » mazing. I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. - There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

Walkable from the train station on a nice day; less than a 10 Euro taxi fee on departure when it was rain - This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.

  lovely apartment although the spiral stairs are steep and you have to wqatch your head if above 179cm. Easy walking distance to everything Strasbourgh has to offer - Perfect place for kids... Car park across the street (Place Gutenberg) was very convenient too, but pricey (21 euro for 24hrs). - The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices.
