  The hotel is located in a peaceful area with a short walk to the closest metro station. The English-speaking staff was very helpful and friendly and the value for money was much better overall than typically in central Paris. Excellent air conditioning and very clean facilities. Was not sure what to expect because some of the reviews were negative, but as a frequent Europe traveler, I found it better than expected and a good value - I mean, it is a 3 star, not a 5 - Hotel is in a lovely location with 2 stops on the metro to the centre.   Large room. Not very expensive parking place (18 euro/24 hrs). Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was ok (delicious yoghurts). Separate toilet room and bathroom.

  Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. (Was visiting Paris to attend the French open tennis championships). - Great location. Bus is 2 blocks away. Supermarket half a block from hotel.
