  The hotel location is superior. the staff is very friendly they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. - Everyone was very friendly, kind & helpful!!   Loved the hotel, about 1 block away from the metro, few blocks to champs elysees blvd and the arch de triumph. staff was great and helpful, especially the evening, Mapped everything out for us to visit and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again - WE loved the view of the Eiffel tower when we walked out of the front door of the hotel

  Following a plumbing problem in our room the staff could not possibly have done more including upgrading us to a suite. Curtesy was a byword for staff performance. They were excellent. - Everything from staff to service. We had an excellent time and the staff were wonderful and helped us have a perfect anniversary break.
