  The hotel was clean and comfortable, the place where is situated the hotel is very calm, for me was a pleasure to stay there. Metro is near, nearly 10 min. to walk. Is important the fact, that for the booking the hotel they dont take the money from card immediately, as long as you arrive the hotel.   Everything was excelent. We had a great time there. It was very clean, cozy and the staff was really helpful. I have read a few reviews with negative feedback regarding the location and I totally disagree. The location is really good. There is a shuttle on every 30min which takes you directly to the downtown (it takes appr.10min). I absolutely rec... what people say » comend the place for everybody who is planning to visit Paris soon! - The only negative we had was finding the place but the Tom Tom is to blame for this. This place would be magic in Summer however it snowed hard on the second day we arrivd which made for an adventure in itself. The staff were so friendly and for the price and location this place is the best and would stay again.

Small room but comfortable and the small self catering (kitchen in a cupboard!) setup was good for breakfasts and trying fine foods from the shops. Staff spoke enough English to communicate with my limited French and were always helpful and pleasant but unobtrusive. Gre... what people say » at location for metro. Excellent free wifi. - The hotel contacted us prior to our trip, this meant that we has a contact person with whom we could liaise. As it turned out our flight arrived early in the morning and our room was ready for us at 11am. Thank you for a wonderful time.

  Very nice apartments. They are not big, but very well located and the staff is amazing. They do everything for you. There is a Carrefour supermarket 1 minute walking and also the metro station Jean Jaures. Very nice neighborhood. Great prices... much cheaper then Paris. - Although a rather small studio apartment it was well designed and adequate ... what people say » for us. The most positive aspect of our stay was Gilles the manager who was extremely helpful. Also the area was pleasant, near the park, and position near the metro line was a bonus.

The hotel might look common from the outside, but the amenities and level of comfort that the rooms provide you with are more than enjoyable. We had a very late check-in and were accompanied directly to the room, no check-in precedures, no passport, no signatures . - Staff could not be more helpful.On Saturday night the restaurant was full when we suggested we eat in our room they were only too pleased to oblige even though they don't offer room service.
