Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. We love the location by the small beach and the convenience to bars and restaurants. The rooms are tiny but always super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is now available onsite but we venture out to the local cafe instead.

The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -

It was our honeymoon and the roo.s didn't disappoint! We got a free upgrade to a seaside view because it was our honeymoon! The rooms were lovely, ac was brilliant and the staff were great. Parking us right next door for €15 a day. Great location, minutes walk from the beach and brilliant views
