  I'm not sure what the negatives reviews were all about. People's expectations must have been set too way too high. This hotel was precisely what we presumed it would be -- a fine affordable alternative. We had no problems with the rooms or cleanliness and no issue with the matter-of-fact handling (the staff was busy with other things too). The hot... what people say » el was within easy walking distance of the train station, the beach and right in the commercial mix of Cap d'Ail. As others have reported, the food in - The room was clean and the water was hot, so it is good value. The airconditioning was amazing! The food at the hotel was very good. Perfectly located in terms of public transportation. Beach was energy sapping 10 minute walk away, but a good experience nonetheless.

  Stayed for 3 days and was sorry to leave, could easily have spent a week or longer here. The lady on the reception who is also the owner was lovely, very helpful and friendly and spoke great English as our French is limited to say the least. We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel that is owned by them although this cannot be reserved but ... what people say » there always seemed to be a free place even in July when we went. The bus stop into Monte carlo is very easy and regular literally outside the door. T - Stayed here with my husband for 3 nights in July. Staff could speak fluent English and are nice and very helpful. Hotel located in a quiet town with easy access to Monaco by bus within 10 minutes. Bus stops to different places located just in front of Hotel. Nearby sea side is so beautiful and attractive. Guest room is quiet and clean, with adequate size and partial sea view. Wash room is quite small but equipped with shower with high water pressure. Breakfast is good with variety of choice. Re
