Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. Loft Champs Elysees is one cool luxury apartment; nothing like I have been in before. I really loved the choice of furniture and the decorations. Its really cosy in there. The view of Champs Elysees out from the balcony is perhaps the best you could ever get of Champs Elysees!

C'est magnifique! My husband and I had a fabulous time on our first trip to Paris and I have to say, your staff was greatly responsible! The front desk staff, particularly Julian and Brendan (?he worked nights), were so incredibly friendly and so very helpful in directing us to restaurant areas, monuments, etc., that we almost didn't need any map
