  Nice, small, recently renovated hotel in the center of Nice. The way to the sea and to the main station is about 10 min. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The beds were comfortable to have sweet dreams during the nights. The new window protects well from the outside noises. The AC works well.   I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again. The gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and will be sadly missed if/when he retires. - We liked it very much. Hard to believe it's a 2 star.   We love the location!! Just near to the train station, walk out, to your left, walk straight and your first right, just five minutes. And the beach, walk out, to your left and walk straight, about ten minutes. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, maybe because its in the city centre.
