  Easy to find, friendly staff, quiet,cosy, and clean good size of room and bathroom. We asked some info where to eat. Their recommendation was excellent. Our stay was somehow off-season, and the price for the room was good value. - Staff were fabulously helpful, particularly when we needed help to find emergency dental treatment.   The staff were fantastic. Every single person we met seemed to like their job, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were a good size for European standards, very clean and quiet. The location was excellent- a nice walk along the river into the heart of Chamonix and an easy... what people say » , short walk to the gondola. The dinner was excellent and the breakfasts were good (coffee was delish!). Parking was plentiful and right outside the h - From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home. Thanks also for arranging ourairport transfer. All in all a great hotel in a great locatio

  Excellent location for skiers/boarders as very close to the Grand Montets Gondola and chair lift. Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant.Hotel was cosy and quaint with nice seating area in lounge to relax.
