  The location was excellent - minutes away from the railway station and not far from the bus station, beach and old town. Large modern room and bathroom which were very clean. Even though on a busy street we didn't suffer from noise as the rooms are well sound proofed. The beach can be reached within 5 mins walk making the location excellent. - the hotel is very close to the railway station.rooms are small but very comfortable.Minibar a plus as there is a supermarket next door, as we didn't take the breakfast option.We had a small balcony which added to the comfort of our room. Noise not a problem.Short walk to beach front and all attractions.You don't have to spend a fortune to stay in Cannes

They would never reject help no matter what we asked for and even in the way they speak it is clear that they don't fake it.
