  The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details. Breakfast was delicious.   We were situated on the third floor, and the accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It suited us to have apartment-style accommodation on this occasion, and there was also plenty of free parking right outside the hotel.   The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The people on reception were very friendly and helpful and pointed us up to our room on the first floor. So much better than it might have been! Clean, well equipped with microwave, sink, cutlery and dishes, TV etc. We spent a ... what people say » very comfortable night there and left late in the morning. The hotel is really good value and would be excellent for a two or three day stay too. It b - The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! I had no problem with smoke..and I have zero tolerance,

The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is located near a huge supe3rmarket if you wnat to eat in your apartment, aned near a comprehensive range of cafes and restaurants if you want to eat out. Great find!

  The room size. The staff was very helpfull when we told then we'd arrive late. The location if you are just driving by Bordeux and need a place to sleep. - clean, comfortable,spacious room, hospital , warm receptionist. Will go again next time for sure.
