  The owners, Aude & Sebastien are a lovely couple - nothing is too much trouble. We arrived early and although our room was not ready we were able to leave our luggage. Aude greeted us with coffee and lots of useful information plus a map of Bordeaux. Our room was spacious & comfortable with an en-suite shower room. Ideally situated on a bus route from the station (no. 16 bus) and just on the edge of - Sebastian was the most enthusiastic and entertaining owner in our travels in France.On arrival our delightful room was ready and we were offered an armagnac or hot and cold beverage.A Meal was not available on the day we arrived but we partook in a wine tasting and tapas evening. Great little cellar and a passionate host regaling us with the history of his wines.We complete tasting notes lots of fun as our older children(adults) joined us.   Where do I start, we had the best stay here the accommodation was excellent the breakfast was delicious, the outdoor dining garden room, and piere the owner offered his personal assistance to assist us with our onward bookings/ translations, both he and his personal assistant exceeded our expectations. - Clean, spacious and with modern design. Ha... what people say » ve home feel. There was a kitchen. We had made use of it to prepare one of our dinner. The hotel owner was very friendly. Great location for shopping. The breakfast was good. I would choose this hotel if I go to Bordeaux again.

  Really liked it and will definitely recommend to friends and come again. Very stylish, charming and comfort (except for the stairs on the 3rd floor, difficult with heavy luggage).
