The hotel reception was very helpful and courteous. They made my stay there very very pleasant!. Central location; pleasant staff. The staff was very helpful. We had breakfast included in the price of our stay. Great location with easy access to a lot of sights in Bordeaux, and it's close to a tram stop and so it's easy to get to the gare. convenient location, staff very obliging when we required a document printing.
